Meet The Beatles
So a local "oldies" radio station is driving around four bright yellow 2004 New Beetles. They have custom paint jobs on the fronts and hood, labelling them John, Paul, George, and Ringo.
Kinda clever, huh? Meet The Beetles? Get it?
It's disconcerting to see them driving down the road. See, Beetle drivers are sort of a club; when we see each other, some of us nod and wave and are extra-polite to each other on the roads. Kinda like Mercedes or BMW owners, except maybe less self-absorbed. (Maybe. Tough call.)
But what's even more disconcerting is that other radio stations are doing the same thing! (Hey, what happened to John's front plate? You think it's a clue? Or a secret message?)
Hey, what's life without fine print?
