Some cats develop a thicker coat of fur around their neck in the winter, and the last couple years Pugsley's has become more pronounced. It's not that we've had particularly cold recent winters (or that Pugsley would notice if we did, being an indoor-only cat!), but it's fun watching his look change as his coat fills out... and, occasionally, when he gets a really good case of bed-head!

At least, it's fun until it gets caught in his teeth continually when he grooms. Then I get to play cat hairstylist.
