It was evident from Cary's published columns that he loved the subject about which he wrote -- the Macintosh, and the PowerBook in particular. I cannot estimate how much I learned from his generous comments and observations. As an otherwise anonymous acquaintance, I still grieve the loss of Cary Lu to our community.
