I only knew Cary Lu through his books. I think the first Mac book I bought was his in 1984. I bought my Mac twenty-eight days after it was introduced. His book helped seal my love affair with the Mac, an affair that continues to this day.
Its sad when the world loses someone with so much promise and ability. But his loss will be overcome by the memories of his work and words. We can only live for a short time, but our words can live forever.
